Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products & Delivery

All content on this site is a digital product: each purchase is a limited streaming license for a single episode. Access is granted immediately after payment — the product is delivered at that moment. There is no physical shipment. Pressing play (starting playback) constitutes your acceptance of the delivered product. All services are digitally delivered online with no physical goods involved.

2. Streaming access

• Each episode license is valid for 3 days from payment completion.
• Episodes must be purchased in order, starting from Episode 1 of each title.
• Access is personal and non-transferable. Episodes are streamed only; no downloads are provided.
• You may not record, copy, redistribute, or publicly perform any streamed content.

3. Refunds

• Full refund within 3 days of purchase only if playback has NOT started.
• No refunds once playback has started, after the 3-day window, or in case of abuse.
• Bulk refund limit: once you have watched 10 or more episodes within a single title — including purchased episodes whose viewing window has expired (auto-treated as consumed) — no further refunds are available for that title.
• Refund frequency: refund requests are limited to 3 per account within any 7-day period.
• Refund requests are verified against our playback records; decisions are final and at our sole discretion. Abusive refund or chargeback behavior may result in account restriction or termination.

The system will track episode-viewing records for refund-eligibility verification. Under U.S. law, no statutory cooling-off or return right applies to online digital content. Once a digital product is delivered and accepted, the sale is final. The refund options above are provided as a customer courtesy in addition to any rights you may have, and apply uniformly to all customers as disclosed before purchase.

4. Pricing

Episodes are priced per episode, as displayed before purchase. The bulk refund limit referenced in Section 3 is tied to the number of episodes watched within a title, not to any price threshold. Prices may change at any time; the price displayed at checkout applies.

5. Content

All video titles, characters, and content are the property of their respective owners. We may add, modify, or remove content at any time without notice.

6. Account

You are responsible for the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to circumvent access controls or misuse the refund policy.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service or its content.

We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions, downtime, maintenance, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including failures of third-party hosting, network, or payment services;
• Losses arising from your own actions, device, internet connection, or failure to safeguard your account;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Referral rewards

• Referral rewards: when a new account is created through your referral link, you earn 20% of every purchase made by that account, credited as referral balance.
• Activation: the reward accrues once the referred account's cumulative non-refunded purchases reach $10; purchases before that point are counted retroactively.
• Referral balance can be used to pay for episode orders in full (partial balance payment is not available), redeemed for catalog gifts, or withdrawn via PayPal once the balance reaches $500; withdrawals are paid manually by the operator and are subject to review.
• Commissions are reversed when the corresponding purchase is refunded, including deduction from your referral balance (which may become negative).
• Referral attribution is recorded only at first registration. Self-referral and same-device or same-IP registration may be declined at our discretion; all attribution decisions are final.
• Referral balance has no cash value except through the withdrawal process. Abusive or fraudulent referral behavior may result in forfeiture of rewards and account restriction.
